Deeply experienced entrepreneur that founded Wholesale Interiors with two containers and drove the growth to over 2,000 containers imported per year from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. I sold the business in 2016.

Hands on manager that will dig deep into the details. Vast understanding of managing small to mid sized businesses (100+ employees). Consistent innovator, project and sales channel creator.

Experienced entrepreneur and business manager who has guided the strategy of Wholesale Interiors from a zero dollar company to over $60,000,000 within 14 years. Deep understanding of large volume sales to Big Box Customers, direct sales, online marketing, marketing, management and strategy. Experience with setting and delivering KPIs, establishing processes and procedures from scratch, recruiting, hiring, interviewing and training.

We have moved over 13 warehouses within 14 years, vast understanding of national and international logistics (have imported over 7,000 containers and had them hand unloaded). I have negotiated leases, purchased warehouse rack, hired, managed a staff directly for picking orders, packing orders, reboxing orders, wrapping LTL skids, loading trucks. I created the processes and procedures for the previous activities.

Jennifer Tanner – Managing Partner

Started and led many new initiatives and projects within the company such as recruiting and staffing methodologies, marketing direction and execution, sales and website design and build out and coordination and the build out of the expansive photo room.

Coming from 20 years in large scale project management spanning the telecommunications, data communications, and marketing and furniture fields has lead to her continuous development in planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources, as well as led her to develop procedures and protocols to achieve key performance metrics.
